1.

Is there a minimum rental period?

We have a two-night minimum rental period on all our units. There is no maximum on rental days. Give us a call for special pricing on rentals exceeding seven days.

2.

Do you have age requirements?

All renters must be over 25 with a valid driver's license.

3.

How many people can sleep in the RV?

This depends on the RV you rent from us. Most units will sleep at least four; some can sleep up to 10 people.

4.

Are there any discounts available?

If the booking lasts at least seven days, we will decrease the price by 10%.

If the booking lasts at least 28 days, we will decrease the price by 20%.

We also have various promotions throughout the year. Contact us for more details.

5.

Why do you require a supplemental renter’s agreement (SRA)?

It ensures that all guests understand the house rules before arrival and avoid any unnecessary charges or uncomfortable encounters that may affect your enjoyment of the RV.

6.

Are there additional charges?

We charge a prep fee of $100 on all our rentals. This includes rental orientation, cleaning and sanitizing, water and sewage hoses, RV toilet paper, toilet deodorizer, and bed linens and towel laundering.

All rental units must still be returned undamaged and clean inside. If the RV is not returned clean and requires excessive cleaning, you may be charged an additional minimum cleaning fee of $100.

7.

What type of insurance is required?

Our booking platforms (Outdoorsy and RV Share) have different policies and packages. Check with each company for more details prior to booking.

8.

Do you require a security deposit?

RVs are expensive, and some in our fleet cost as much as $75,000, a substantial investment. Due to the value and quality of our units, our security deposits range from $1,000 to $2,000, depending on the unit. We will place a hold on the security deposit before your departure; this is released 7-10 days after the RV rental return if the RV returns in the same condition it leaves in. We collect a security deposit in case of an accident or damage to the RV. This will cover the deductible and other damages that might be done, such as, but not limited to, accidents, broken or missing items from the RV, windshield damages, roof damage, etc.

9.

What is your refund policy?

When you reserve an RV, we remove it from our available fleet. Therefore, we can incur a cost when you cancel or adjust your plans. If you need to adjust your plans, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make the necessary arrangements.

When a guest makes a reservation with a start date more than 14 days in advance, a 25% reservation deposit is charged after we accept the reservation. Otherwise, the reservation total is charged in full.

• Free cancellation for 48 hours after booking, so long as at least 14 days remain before the trip begins.

• If canceled more than seven days before the start date of the trip:
Refunded: 75% of the booking total and anything paid toward the protection package.
Not refunded: The service fee.

• If canceled less than seven days before the start date of the trip:
Refunded: 50% of the booking total and anything paid toward the protection package.
Not refunded: The service fee.

10.

What is your return policy?

Please remember that other renters may be waiting to rent the RV. It is extremely important to return the RV by the agreed-upon date and time of the rental agreement.

If you need an extension of the rental, please send us your request in writing/email. This extension is subject entirely to scheduling availability and must be approved with a confirmation from a representative of Just Roll With It. If you don't receive approval of a rental extension in writing, you may have to pay an overtime rate of $10 per hour for each hour the rental is past its scheduled return date and time. You may also be responsible for canceled rentals because of your late return.

If a rental period is terminated early, we may invoice according to the payment schedule outlined in the rental agreement.

If you return the RV early, we may not refund the days you will not use it. This may include if you have an accident or crash involving the unit. If the collision is not your fault, you can recover your rental costs from the at-fault driver's liability insurance.

11.

Will you deliver the RV?

Yes. We prefer to deliver and rarely grant towing options to renters.

We will deliver up to 80 miles from Owasso/Sperry, Oklahoma, for $7/mile. Delivery fee includes leveling, stabilizing, hooking up, and providing a walkthrough of the RV's features and amenities.

Our delivery fee of $7/mile is for round-trip drop off, set up, hook up, break down, and return to the storage facility. If your camping location is 70 miles from our storage location, you will be charged $490. There is a minimum delivery/pickup fee of $100.

RVs delivered to your campsite/camping location may NOT be moved, hooked up to, re-positioned, or relocated by the renter. The unit's current and past location or other parameters may be monitored via GPS technology. Any evidence of tampering with, disabling, or otherwise deceiving said equipment and/or relocating the RV may result in a 100% loss of security deposit.

We are typically available to meet at your selected time, but it is not always guaranteed. We require the person booking the reservation to be onsite at delivery with a valid driver's license/state ID and the credit/debit card used at booking unless other arrangements have been made.

We will provide a short orientation on the camper and its features when delivered. The check-in process takes about 30 minutes to an hour. Please plan accordingly.

Unfortunately, we cannot promise that all deliveries will be available at your selected time; some will be later because of cleaning routines from the last reservation. We will let you know if your preferred time(s) are unavailable.

12.

Do you have towing requirements?

If we agree to let you tow one of our RVs (we prefer to deliver and set up), we’ll need to understand your vehicle’s towing capabilities to ensure you have the proper equipment. It would be best to have a 3/4 ton truck (or better) to tow the trailers.

Approved tow drivers should be knowledgeable about hauling trailers and dealing with sway. All tow drivers must be at least 25 years old and listed on the rental contract.

Towing an RV requires special attention to speed. RV tires are not intended for high speed. While towing our RV, you assume all liability for your rate of speed, and by signing this agreement, you acknowledge that the maximum allowed speed is 65 miles per hour. When towing our RV, follow all "truck speed limit" signs and avoid travel in the left lane unless passing.

Please remember that the RV is much taller than the average vehicle and is not equipped to withstand an impact with a tree, low bridge/overpass, etc., and could result in damages totaling more than your security deposit. Be aware of low-clearance signs. All damages to the RV, including damage while towing, are 100% your responsibility and may exceed your security/damage deposit amount. The dimensions of our travel trailers are listed on the listing.

Never attempt going through a drive-through in an RV; they are always too low.

13.

Are there mileage restrictions when towing a trailer?

We allow the RV to be towed 250 miles each day. Any excess mileage will be charged at $0.35/mile.

14.

What time is pick up and return?

Our standard delivery time is 3 p.m. CST. We’ll return to pick up the RV at 11 a.m. CST.

We are usually flexible on pick up and retrieval times, but available times are based on availability and are subject to change.

Please DO NOT leave the camper before we arrive to retrieve it. You are still responsible for any damages/thefts until we take possession of the trailer, and you may be charged an abandonment fee unless we make other arrangements.

Communication is key. We are happy to work with you if you need to make special arrangements.

15.

Can I rent an RV and go to a place without hook ups (water, electric and septic)?

No. We do not allow dry camping/boondocking. Connection to electricity and water must be available during your rental. Dry camping/boondocking without the owner's approval will forfeit your entire security deposit.

16.

What size RV would work best for me?

The size and type of RV is a personal decision and may depend on several things.

17.

What type of campsite or campground do I need to utilize?

Most reputable campgrounds nationwide have adequate power, water, and sewer hookups to accommodate RVs. Ideally, you will want a full-hookup site with 50-amp power. Also, many resorts offer pull-thru sites that are much easier to navigate into and out of. Hooking up to the campground’s facilities is surprisingly easy, and we’ll show just how to do it during the checkout process if we don’t handle the setup and leveling.

18.

Do we make the campground or campsite reservations?

We are not responsible for the renter's campground reservations. All campground and campsite fees are separate from the RV rental price and fees. No refunds will be given for campsite reservation errors. Double-check with your destination to make sure the RV will fit. Some campgrounds may be unable to accommodate larger trailers.

19.

Do I get training or instruction before beginning my stay?

We will conduct an in-person orientation to familiarize you with your rental unit. We’d rather you spend rental time enjoying the RV, not trying to figure out how to turn on the hot water heater or light the range.

Experienced users may only take 30 minutes to learn a particular unit. First-time RV renters may need an hour. We’ll happily take as much or as little time as you need.

20.

Is a generator included?

No.

We'll need to approve a generator before hooking it up to the trailer if you want to use one. Some generators are not stable and can ruin electrical components in the trailer.

Please do not use a generator inside the trailer; it must be kept outside.

Do not leave the trailer unattended while a generator is running.

Do not run a generator overnight or while sleeping due to safety reasons.

You, the renter, are responsible for any damage caused to the trailer and its appliances and systems using a generator.

21.

Are propane tanks provided?

You will receive two filled propane tanks. Please return both propane tanks full. If not, there is a $40 onetime fee per tank.

During freezing weather, propane may need to be refilled every other day, depending on usage.

If you need additional propane during your rental, remove the tank and have it refilled. Do not exchange the tanks. We want our original tanks returned.

22.

What is provided with the RV rental, and what should we bring?

Every RV includes full convenience and hospitality kits (fresh linens, pillows, blankets, and towels). Full-service kitchens include dishes, flatware, glassware, pots and pans, range, microwave, oven, toaster, coffeemaker, and utensils are also provided for no additional cost.

All you really need to bring are clothes, personal items, toiletries, charging cords for electronics, food and beverages. Some of our renters also bring ice chests, pop-up canopies, games, outdoor chairs, fans, air fryers (to keep some cooking outside), beach towels, sunscreen, bug spray, and books.

23.

Why are the air conditioning and refrigerator not super cold when we arrive?

Refrigerators and air conditioning units take approximately four to six hours after plugging in at the site to get to the proper temperature depending on the outside temperatures. We ask that you do not immediately fill the fridge as airflow needs the space to get to temp.

Some of our units feature a mini-fridge in the outside kitchen. We suggest putting drinks in that fridge to avoid unnecessary opening and shutting of the RV door while it’s cooling down.

24.

What do we do if something isn’t working?

We inspect, test and maintain our units to the highest standards so that you should not experience any malfunctions. If you have issues, call us, and we will do our absolute best to walk you through troubleshooting procedures to resolve the issue.

25.

What if something happens to the RV?

Any damages need to be reported to us as soon as possible. If you purchase an item necessary due to an equipment failure (sewer or water hose, power cord, etc.), the item you purchased and the receipt must be surrendered upon return if you want reimbursement.

The air conditioner, awnings, TVs, microwaves, fridges, jacks, etc., are convenience items. If any malfunctions should occur with any of these items, there may be no compensation. Please don't hesitate to call us if you have any issues.

We will work with you to rectify the problems. In the event of a mechanical failure where repairs are needed, all repairs are authorized by a Just Roll With It representative. There are NO EXCEPTIONS. All authorizations must take place in writing. Text messages or emails will suffice. Please call us for repair authorization. If no representative can be reached for authorization, the renter must wait until approval or potentially forfeit any requests for reimbursement.

26.

Can we use the awning?

Awnings are very susceptible to wind and must be put down or stored properly each night and during the day if there are high winds. We suggest that you use it only when you can supervise the awning. We ask that you properly store and return the awning to its closed position at night. You are responsible for any damage during the rental period for any awning damage as it is not covered under insurance.

Awnings are convenience items and are not promised to be in working order. No discounts or refunds are provided for nonfunctioning awnings.

27.

Do we need to handle emptying the grey and black tanks?

Waste holding tanks must be emptied before return. Please do so to avoid a $100 service fee. We will demonstrate how to do this at the time of rental. It's easy and not a dirty job. We have top-of-the-line hoses for you to use.

Do not ever leave the black or gray tank valves open during usage.

Putting anything other than human waste or septic-safe toilet paper in the toilets may incur an extra cleaning fee. Any food particles in the gray tank may cause a clog requiring extensive cleaning and/or repair.

28.

Is there anything we need to know about the toilets?

RV toilets are designed for the disposal of septic-safe toilet tissue ONLY. Under no circumstances should anything else be disposed of in the toilet. Failure to observe this rule may lead to a clogging or backup of the toilet and major repairs for which you will be responsible and charged.

29.

Do we need to clean the RV at the end of the rental?

The RV should be returned in a similar condition as when we rented it out to you. It cannot be "trashed" or so dirty that it is beyond what is reasonable for a vacation. Excessive mess may incur an additional cleaning fee of $50/hour.

Our definition of 'reasonably clean' is as follows:
• All trash was removed from the RV.
• Dishes clean and put away.
• Counters wiped down.
• Toilet and toilet seat free from urine and feces.
• Appliances cleaned.
• Used towels and linens were placed in the shower stall.

30.

Do you inspect the RV when it is returned?

Just Roll With It allows for two days to handle check-in processing. If damage is discovered, we will notify you of the cost to fix the damage. If the damage was not there before your departure, it is considered your damage regardless of if you caused it directly or indirectly. Interior damage, awnings, and leveling jacks are NOT covered by insurance. If any damage is caused to those and the cost exceeds the security deposit amount, the remaining balance will be charged accordingly to the credit card on file.

1.

Do you allow smoking in the RV?

We have a strict NO SMOKING policy in all our rental units. Smoking (including cigars, pipes, vaping, drugs, etc.) in or near the unit forfeits your security deposit if discovered. Do not light or use candles in the RV. An extra cleaning fee may be charged to remove any odors.

2.

Can I bring my pet(s) in the RV?

We do not allow pets in our RV. This is to keep our campers as clean and fresh as possible for all renters. Failure to follow this rule may result in a $250 fee for each unauthorized pet, plus any damages and/or repair/replacement costs.

3.

Can we sit or stand on the roof of the RV?

We do not allow using the travel trailer's rooftop. Any evidence of rooftop usage (shoe prints, trash, sagging areas) will result in forfeiting your entire security deposit. If the damage exceeds your security deposit, you agree to be fully responsible for the total repair cost.
